We’re growing our remote sales operation and are looking for people who want more control over income, flexibility in schedule, and real sales experience in a performance-driven environment. This is a remote opportunity supporting a proven sales process with clear expectations, structure, and ongoing coaching. Many successful team members come from customer service, call centers, inside sales, or other phone-based roles and are ready to move beyond hourly or capped pay.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients by phone
• Follow a structured conversation flow
• Support the sales process from first contact through next steps
• Manage daily activity and personal follow-up
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales
• Comfortable talking with people and handling objections
• Motivated by performance-based income
• Reliable, coachable, and self-directed
• Willing to obtain an insurance license and complete required training (training and ongoing support are provided)
