Close warm leads from anywhere in the US. No cold calling, no door knocking. GA Painting is a cabinet refinishing company serving the North Atlanta area. Every lead you talk to has already raised their hand — filled out a form, called us, or come in through a referral. You never dial a stranger.
About the role
This is a consultative sales role, not a call center job. You'll run virtual consultations, quote from a clear pricing system, and help homeowners make a decision they're already leaning toward. You can do it from anywhere in the country.
Responsibilities
- Run video and phone consultations with homeowners who requested a quote
- Walk them through options, pricing, and timeline using our established system
- Build quotes and close — most deals close on the first or second conversation
- Follow up consistently with leads who need time
- Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM
- Hand off sold jobs to the production team in Atlanta
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales — home improvement, construction, or virtual consultative sales preferred
- Strong communicator who builds trust fast over phone and video
- Genuinely self-directed; remote work only functions if you run your own day
- Comfortable talking about money and asking for the sale
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet home office, professional on-camera presence
- Available during Eastern time zone business hours, including some evenings
- Authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
- Experience selling cabinet refinishing, painting, remodeling, flooring, or similar home services
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior remote sales experience
- NPQ knowledge
Pay
Base salary: $40,000 per year
Plus 8% commission on every closed deal — uncapped
On-target earnings: $85,000 – $95,000
Leads are booked for you. We average 50+ scheduled consultations a month.
Schedule
Full-time, fully remote. Core hours on Eastern time. Some evening availability required — that's when homeowners are actually available to talk.
