About the role

Spieldenner Financial Group is expanding and seeks driven, self-starting individuals to help families protect their income. The role offers flexibility, mentorship, and support for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients (6–8 hrs/week)
  • Reach out to individuals interested in coverage and schedule appointments to review their needs.
  • Prepare personalized solutions (4–5 hrs/week)
  • Analyze client information to tailor mortgage protection options that align with their financial goals and family needs.
  • Meet & advise (2 days/week)
  • Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to educate clients, walk them through coverage options, and assist with applications.
  • Manage follow-up (2 hrs/week)
  • Care for coordination with insurance carriers and support clients through the underwriting process to ensure a smooth experience.
