Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market.
- Offer products such as Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services.
- Sell, service, and train dealership staff.
- Identify new opportunities and demonstrate value to Dealer customers.
- Monitor competition and suggest product improvements.
- Aid and train less experienced employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales (outside sales).
- High School diploma.
- Must live in the designated market and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis.
- Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred.
- Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system.
- Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics.
