Key Responsibilities

• Perform software administration tasks including configuration updates, data management, and service account administration.
• Provide expert-level advisory services for technical decision-making on AI agent applications and use cases.
• Ensure stable and secure operation of Watsonx platforms, vector data sources, and agent orchestration infrastructure.

Required Expertise

• Proven experience in Expert Operations and Expert Administration of AI agent platforms.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering and AI Infrastructure management.
• Ability to advise on technical strategies and decisions related to AI agents and their applications.

This role involves 24x7 monitoring, alert response, and corrective actions, all in line with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
