Remote Representative

About the role

As a Remote Client Services Representative, you will provide outstanding front-line customer support, engaging with clients from the comfort of your home. You will guide clients on achieving their financial goals over Zoom, creating exceptional customer experiences by offering education, discovering goals, and implementing strategies to obtain them.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for making a positive impact by solving financial literacy challenges.
• Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, coachability, and strong people skills.
• Must be over 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must own a computer with a webcam and have reliable internet.
• Experience in education, coaching, military, or as elite athletes preferred but not required.
• A genuine drive to help others, strong ethics, and a positive mindset.
