Remote Regional Sales Manager - Service Business Unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed activity targets for prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Cook up with internal teams to qualify, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and report on activities and forecasts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Travel is expected to support sales efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related services.
  • Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or biopharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and work in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
