Key Responsibilities
- Exceed activity targets for prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Cook up with internal teams to qualify, develop, and close opportunities.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and report on activities and forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to senior management.
- Travel is expected to support sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business.
- 3-5 years of consultative sales experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related services.
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, or biopharmaceutical industries.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and work in competitive, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
