Responsibilities
- Analyze market data to refine sales tactics and identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on specialization area.
- Forecast sales and monitor performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Qualify leads, record activities in CRM, and expand the customer base.
- Engage with customers before bids to meet specifications and influence bid details.
- Manage customer relationships for pricing and bid updates.
- Affiliate with contract proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Support customer onboarding, account setup, and transition to service delivery.
- Participate in trade shows and prepare sales reports for management.
- Contribute to case studies and additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and sales data.
- Proficiency in market analysis, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in water, wastewater, or industrial treatment preferred, with established contacts advantageous.
