Remote Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market data to refine sales tactics and identify opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on specialization area.
  • Forecast sales and monitor performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Qualify leads, record activities in CRM, and expand the customer base.
  • Engage with customers before bids to meet specifications and influence bid details.
  • Manage customer relationships for pricing and bid updates.
  • Affiliate with contract proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Support customer onboarding, account setup, and transition to service delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Contribute to case studies and additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on market trends and sales data.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in water, wastewater, or industrial treatment preferred, with established contacts advantageous.
