Remote Property Listings & Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain property listings across multiple rental platforms.
• Monitor listing performance and adjust content, pricing, and photos to maximize visibility and occupancy.
• Manage tenant inquiries, applications, and bookings professionally and promptly.
• Cook up property maintenance, inspections, and virtual or in-person showings.
• Track and report on key performance metrics for all listings.
• Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and property owners to implement marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing property listings on multiple online platforms.
• Strong knowledge of rental property management processes, including tenant communication, bookings, and maintenance coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using property management software, spreadsheets, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
