Role Overview

Seeking a Program Manager to drive technology adoption and key initiatives, translating strategy into action, and ensuring effective implementation of AI-enabled tools and workflows. The role involves partnering with leadership to establish operating cadences, manage cross-functional projects, and promote organizational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executives to define workstreams, milestones, and deadlines.
• Manage adoption plans, training materials, and track usage metrics.
• Oversee project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Cook up cross-team efforts to ensure successful platform rollouts and process improvements.
• Facilitate workforce alignment, reinforce adoption, and support change management.
• Map workflows, identify efficiencies, and standardize processes to enhance operational visibility.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years in project management, operations, consulting, or similar roles with cross-functional initiative experience.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven success in driving technology adoption and business transformation.
• Ability to work with senior leadership, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively.
• PREFERRED: Experience in professional services, SaaS, or AI-enabled workflows; familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana is a plus.
• Ideal Candidate: Practical, execution-oriented, capable of bridging strategy and implementation, with strong communication skills to engage both executives and teams. Comfortable managing details and fostering organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
