About the Role
The Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual to become an independent agent distributing Living Benefits Life Insurance in your local community. This opportunity allows you to become your own boss in an expanding market, with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.
This is a 100% commission-based business with no cap on your income. You control your earnings and can earn raises every two months based on production. Remote work is supported, and the company provides a comprehensive platform including coaching, training, and support.
What We Do
We offer a revolutionary type of life insurance called living benefit life insurance, which allows access to death benefits without requiring the policyholder to die. This product is a best-kept secret in the industry, and we train agents to distribute it within their local communities.

- Training provided to sell the product without relying on the lead program.
- We partner exclusively with top-rated carriers offering living benefit products, such as Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and Foresters Financial.
- These products are competitively priced, often at the same rate or less than regular life insurance.
Training and Support
- Zoom training calls 3 times a week.
- Access to a training website for new agents.
- In-person training bootcamps.

Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (discounted pre-licensing course available, valued at $200).
- Personable with a willingness to serve clients.
- Willing to utilize our system and training.
