About the role

The Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual. You will become your own boss in this expanding market and can work full time or part time. As an agent, you will distribute our Living Benefits Life Insurance in your local community, offering clients access to death benefits without having to die.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Living Benefits Life Insurance products to clients in your community.
• Utilize exclusive direct mail leads (no cold calling required) or sell without the lead program.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop sales skills.
• Close deals using a non‑pushy approach, leveraging the competitive advantage of top‑rated carrier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (discounted pre‑licensing course valued at $200).
• Be personable and have a willingness to serve clients.
• Be willing to utilize our system.
