REMOTE Photo Retoucher

About the role

Our client, a Michigan-based home builder, has an immediate need for a Photo Retoucher with generative AI experience to support photo editing, compositing, and AI-assisted image creation for home marketing initiatives. This fully‑remote position starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate and continues (15 hours per week) in an ongoing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Perform photo editing, compositing, and AI‑assisted image creation for home marketing initiatives.
• Identify and correct visual inaccuracies, lighting, perspective, and AI‑generated artifacts.
• Apply photography fundamentals such as composition, horizon lines, and two‑point perspective.
• Use generative AI tools and craft effective prompts, deciding when to refine versus regenerate images.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and commit to photorealistic results.
• Handle client or customer systems and confidential/proprietary information as needed.

Requirements

• Background in photography, design, fine arts, or a related visual field.
• Strong photo retouching and compositing skills in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to identify and correct visual inaccuracies, lighting, perspective, and AI‑generated artifacts.
• Understanding of photography fundamentals, including composition, horizon lines, and two‑point perspective.
