We have an exciting opportunity with our consulting services division for a talented and results-driven Studio Retoucher to join our managed services team supporting a national commercial real estate organization. Beginning in September, this fully remote position offers the opportunity to work alongside an established photography team in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while contributing to high-quality visual content across multiple brands.We're especially interested in candidates who bring additional experience with video color correction/editing and AI-powered retouching and rendering workflows.DetailsLocation: Fully RemoteStart Date: End of SeptemberSchedule: 10-15 hours per weekResponsibilitiesSupport the lead photographer by managing a portion of the retouching workload across multiple projects.Retouch high volumes of architectural, event, and lifestyle photography while maintaining exceptional quality standards.Work within AI-assisted image generation, retouching, and rendering workflows.Perform color correction, tone adjustments, exposure balancing, and final image enhancements.Remove unwanted elements, distractions, and imperfections from images.Refine and enhance AI-generated imagery to create natural, realistic results.Support video color correction, color grading, and editing tasks as needed.Ensure consistency and accuracy across large batches of images and multiple brands.Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency while adhering to established processes and standards.RequirementsStrong professional retouching experience within architectural, real estate, hospitality, property, or lifestyle photography is required.Proven experience with high-volume photo retouching and post-production workflows.Strong understanding of color correction, image optimization, exposure stacking/HDR, perspective correction, retouching best practices, and AI-enhanced post-production workflows.Excellent eye for composition, detail, and overall image quality.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered creative tools.Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image retouching, rendering, enhancement, and content refinement.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.Must provide and maintain your own equipment.Experience with video color correction, color grading, and editing is strongly preferred.Candidates with demonstrated expertise in both photo retouching and video post-production workflows will be given preference.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.Benefits Email Your Resume In Word To Kailey.Carter@jobalert.creativecircle.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
