About the Role
The Participant Recruitment Analyst will analyze and review medical records to evaluate potential outreach and recruitment opportunities for upcoming clinical trials at M3 Wake Research. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Review electronic and paper medical records to assess trial eligibility and generate qualified leads
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and screening calls to determine participant eligibility and schedule onsite visits
- Perform medical record abstraction and data collection activities
- Use electronic recruitment workflows to track enrollment, maintain study records, and coordinate across research sites
- Track project statuses and report enrollment metrics
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FDA, GCP, IRB guidelines, and M3 Wake Research SOPs
- Review clinical trial protocols, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and study requirements
- Collaborate with Clinical Affairs on community partner communications and recruitment support
- Attend team meetings and participate in community outreach efforts as assigned
- Maintain regular attendance, participate in video conferences with camera on, and comply with Company policies
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI)
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience at a clinical research site, CRO, Sponsor, or participant recruitment vendor
- Bachelor's Degree in a job-related field, or a combination of academic, professional, or work experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position
- Experience with medical record data abstraction into a proprietary medical record review data collection application
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- MA, EMT, LVN/LPN, or RN certification or licensure, or similar certification
