Responsibilities

• Collaborate with college professors to understand their classroom needs and recommend personalized learning tools.
• Assist in the deployment and integration of educational technology solutions within academic settings.
• Provide training and ongoing support to faculty and students to ensure effective use of the platform.
• Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement of products and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with academic partners to promote adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in educational technology, instructional design, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and support diverse users in a technical environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of college-level teaching practices and learning management systems is preferred.
