About the role
We are seeking a Door-to-Door Roofing Salesman responsible for generating leads and closing sales through face-to-face interactions with homeowners and businesses in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting residential neighborhoods and commercial areas for potential customers needing roofing services.
- Engaging with clients professionally to promote roofing products, services, and warranty options.
- Conducting assessments, inspections, and measurements to provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
- Presenting products, addressing questions, and negotiating sales contracts with clarity.
- Collaborating with installation teams to coordinate project scheduling and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven success in door-to-door sales, preferably in construction or roofing industries (highly desired).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer trust.
- Willingness to learn roofing materials and techniques.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
