About the Role

Iris Telehealth is hiring a full-time LCSW or LPC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Oregon-based partners. This is a fully remote role that prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and work-life balance.

What You'll Do

As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST
  • 40 hours/week with option of 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days

Patient Population

Ages 18+, with diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, PTSD, dual diagnosis, SUD, ADHD, and SPMI. Seeking a clinician with experience with rural populations and a passion for working with marginalized communities.

Qualifications

  • Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required)
  • Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
  • Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus)
