About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech startup in the digital workforce enablement sector, we empower distributed teams with seamless onboarding, compliance automation, and remote employee lifecycle management. Our platform helps companies hire, integrate, and retain remote talent across the U.S., with a focus on speed, scalability, and regulatory accuracy. You'll play a critical frontline role in ensuring new hires have a frictionless start—with zero delays and maximum clarity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide new hires through digital onboarding workflows—from document submission to system access—ensuring 100% completion before Day 1.
- Resolve onboarding blockers in real-time via chat, email, or phone, reducing start-date slips by 90% or more.
- Verify compliance documentation (W-4, I-9, background checks) and flag discrepancies for HR/legal escalation.
- Act as a remote "first point of contact" for new employees, answering FAQs, calming anxieties, and building early trust.
- Log and track onboarding progress in our internal CRM, flagging delays, escalations, and bottlenecks for leadership review.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to continuously streamline onboarding steps, templates, and communication sequences.
Skills & Qualifications

- Slack / Microsoft Teams
Preferred
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid onboarding programs
- Familiarity with U.S. employment compliance (E-Verify, state-specific forms)
- Basic knowledge of HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Rippling, ADP)
