We are one of the largest and most established independently owned public accounting firms in the Northeast — serving clients across all 50 states with a dedicated NFP practice that has grown into a true specialty. Over 50 professionals, multiple Principals, and a Practice Leader devoted entirely to the nonprofit sector. This is not a side practice. It is a core part of who we are.

Requirements

• Active CPA required
• 6+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Deep Single Audit and Uniform Guidance experience required — surface-level exposure is not sufficient for this role
• Meaningful NFP audit experience across a range of entity types — charitable organizations, higher education, government entities, quasi-government, schools, colleges, and/or EBPs
• Regional or mid-size firm background strongly preferred — Big 4 candidates tend not to be the right fit for the variety and client ownership required here
• Experience managing audit engagements end-to-end and supervising audit teams
• Eastern or Central time zone preferred
