Remote Motion Drafting Attorney

An established plaintiff consumer warranty firm based in Century City is looking for a remote Attorney to join their team. This is a fully remote contract-to-hire role that can start immediately. Candidates must be barred in California.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, and other litigation documents using established templates
• Review and revise templated pleadings to ensure accuracy and compliance with California standards
• Collaborate with internal team members to support active litigation matters
• Maintain organization and timeliness across drafting assignments

Requirements

• Active membership in the California Bar
• Ability to prepare briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven legal environment
• Organized with a proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
• Tech-savvy
• Strong legal research and writing skills

Pay

$50/hr on contract; $135,000 salary if converted to full-time employment.

Schedule

Full-time, 40-hour work week. Starts immediately.
