About the role

This is a remote position. Founded in 2006, Satori Mortgage was created to service the loan industry a little differently. We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service, in-house team which offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. Servicing the loan from beginning to end saves the borrower time and money, and you can trust that when we say we can fund a loan, we do it. We do it with care because we are The People!

Responsibilities

• Generate your own business through referral relationships, agent partnerships, personal brand, or outbound.
• Closely convert what you start, turning opportunities into funded loans.
• Be coachable, staying open to feedback and running the systems we've built.
• Outwork the room, but don't do it alone.

Requirements

• Experience in mortgage lending or related field.
• Ability to generate and manage your own business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage lending or related field.
• Experience in building and managing a mortgage business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in mortgage lending software and systems.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
