We support our branches and loan officers with a full-service, in-house team that offers them the flexibility they need to best serve their territories and customers. About the Role

You generate your own business. Whether that’s through referral relationships, agent partnerships, your personal brand, or outbound, how you do it matters less than the fact that you own it. We’ll make you sharper at it, but you have to bring the engine.

You close what you start. We care more about your conversion than your call count. Anyone can generate activity. We’re looking for people who turn opportunities into funded loans.

You’re coachable. Our best people, including some who came in green and are already closing, got there by staying open, taking feedback, and running the systems we’ve built. If you already know everything, you’ll hate it here.

You outwork the room. That part isn’t negotiable. But you won’t be doing it alone.

• Real coaching and accountability, including Bootcamp Sessions every Wednesday where our producers share what’s working right now, plus ongoing development.

• 50+ lenders plus a correspondent channel and a broker’s shelf, so you can structure and close deals you’d lose at a banker shop.
• A real AI edge, not just access to tools. Gemini through our Google Workspace, custom GPTs we’ve built for the way we actually work, and hands-on training to use them, including our Agent AI Masterclass for winning agent partnerships. Most twenty-year veterans aren’t doing any of this yet.

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a remote environment and is ready to build a business from scratch. You should be able to generate your own business, close what you start, be coachable, and outwork the room. We also value someone who is willing to learn and adapt to new ideas and ways of executing tasks.
