Remote Mental Health Sales

About the role

This is an independent contractor role for experienced, emotionally intelligent professionals who want to combine meaningful client conversations with consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients who book through the platform
• Guide clients through understanding their challenges and available program options
• Explain how hypnotherapy works and what clients can expect
• Recommend programs and hypnotherapists based on client needs
• Enroll clients who choose to move forward
• Track their own client activity using Joymind’s tools
• Manage their own workflow and follow-up style

Requirements

You’re likely a strong fit if you have a background in psychology, coaching, therapy, sales, or personal development, communicate clearly and build trust quickly, are comfortable having emotionally meaningful conversations, prefer autonomy over micromanagement, are motivated by performance-based earnings, and can work independently and manage your own structure.

$80K–$180K+

Schedule

Fully remote (U.S.-based only), availability note: Because many client inquiries come in on weekends, we ask that at least one of your days falls on a Saturday or Sunday.
