Midwest Medigap is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals who are passionate about helping others while building a rewarding career. What You'll Do
- Congduct Medicare needs assessments with prospective clients.
- Educate clients on Medicare coverage options.
- Present personalized insurance solutions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance standards.
- Meet individual sales and performance goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Life & Health Insurance License required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Preferred
- Insurance or Medicare sales experience
- Phone sales or inside sales experience
- CRM experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
