Remote Marketing Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, content, social, SEO/SEM, and paid channels
  • Build and optimize landing pages and funnel steps to improve conversion rate
  • Maintain an editorial calendar; write, edit, and repurpose content across channels
  • Manage email workflows, segmentation, and nurture sequences
  • Support paid media setup, creative testing, and budget pacing (as applicable)
  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, MQL/SQL, CAC, LTV, retention) and deliver weekly/monthly reporting
  • Maintain campaign documentation, UTM governance, and marketing operations hygiene

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing generalist, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content and messaging
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with email/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, paid media concepts, CRO, and A/B testing
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across US time zones

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and scope.
