Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, content, social, SEO/SEM, and paid channels
- Build and optimize landing pages and funnel steps to improve conversion rate
- Maintain an editorial calendar; write, edit, and repurpose content across channels
- Manage email workflows, segmentation, and nurture sequences
- Support paid media setup, creative testing, and budget pacing (as applicable)
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, MQL/SQL, CAC, LTV, retention) and deliver weekly/monthly reporting
- Maintain campaign documentation, UTM governance, and marketing operations hygiene
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing generalist, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content and messaging
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with email/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, paid media concepts, CRO, and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across US time zones
Compensation
Hourly pay range: $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and scope.
