Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution on the first contact.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, step-by-step guidance to clients.
- Escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer issue.
- Maintaining a comprehensive record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of FuentesCorp's products and services to offer effective solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to improve support processes and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with direct experience in live chat support.
- Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- A high level of proficiency in typing and general computer skills.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
