About the role
The Corham Agency | Financial Advisory is recruiting remote Insurance Agents based in Jacksonville, FL to deliver consultative life and health insurance sales and client service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative client conversations to assess life, health, and financial protection needs.
- Clearly and ethically explain product options and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, policy placement, onboarding, and renewals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and periodic outreach.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely, professional manner.
- Participate in team trainings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional interpersonal demeanor.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn sales, service, and compliance processes.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
Qualifications
- Licensed life and/or health agents are welcome; unlicensed candidates must be willing to obtain required Florida licenses (support provided).
