Licensed Health Insurance Agent - REMOTE, Flexible Schedule, Uncapped Earning!

About the role

Unified Health is seeking talented Licensed Health Insurance Agents who want a career-based role to build their book of business and provide year-round service to their members.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outbound calls with inbound call opportunities
• Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plans solutions that work with their doctors, hospitals, and medications
• Work with most major insurance carriers and sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans
• Fulfill all policy requirements
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Be coachable, open‑minded, and open to constructive feedback

Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance License (2026)
• AHIP certification
• Licensed in a minimum of 9 non‑resident states
• Ability to be appointed with carriers, with releases on hand
• Provide own equipment to work from home and proficiency with computers
• Good sales background
• Ability to communicate via virtual platforms
• Comply with State and CMS guidelines

Pay

• Base starting hourly wage of $18, with annual increases
• Uncapped incentives ranging from $40‑75 per enrollment
