About the role
The IT Technician III supports end-user needs through timely resolution of support requests.
Responsibilities
- Provisioning new hires
- Prioritizing incidents
- Performing hardware repairs
- Installing and configuring hardware/software
- Managing servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Maintaining network infrastructure such as firewalls and switches
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Foster positive relationships across departments
- Ensure security standards are met
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Windows and Mac OS desktop and server environments
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
