Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and online classes
• Assess training needs
• Manage enrollments
• Create engaging training content such as manuals, videos, and presentations
• Collaborate with technical staff and stakeholders to enhance training quality and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 4-5 years in IT technical training, end-user support, or instructional design

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Teams
• Authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate 360

Requirements

• Flexible to travel within Georgia
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
