What You’ll Do

• Possess experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
• Hold an active insurance license
• Show strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Prove proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
• Display self-motivation with a goal-oriented, competitive mindset
• Build trust and explain complex products in simple terms
• Show highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Show willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
• Show sales experience (but not required, training provided)
