About the role

This is a remote, independent-contractor (1099) opportunity that combines modern digital tools, consultative selling, and access to a broad network of insurance carriers. Agents operate within a technology-enabled platform designed to simplify the entire client journey—from initial conversation and needs analysis through application, underwriting, and policy placement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients through phone, Zoom, and digital platforms
- Understand client goals related to income protection, family security, mortgage protection, debt coverage, retirement planning, and legacy planning
- Perform financial needs analysis and recommend appropriate insurance strategies
- Present customized solutions using advanced quoting and illustration technology
- Guide clients through a streamlined digital application process
- Manage cases through underwriting and policy issuance
- Build long-term client relationships that create referrals and repeat business

Qualifications
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required, or candidates must be willing to obtain one
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfort conducting virtual client meetings
- Discipline with pipeline management and follow-up
- A desire to continuously improve sales and advisory skills
- The ability to work independently while leveraging technology effectively
