About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will represent the Liberty brand, connect customers to the right products, and work as a reliable teammate in a remote or office environment.

From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives must hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training lasts 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
