Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Position

About the role

Covercraft Industries, LLC is seeking a hybrid Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact for order placement, price and delivery quotations, shipping schedules, and general product information.
• Data entry responsibilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding order-related questions or shipping statuses.
• Maintain and follow up on expedited orders.
• Monitor and manage website correspondence messages.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to mis-shipments or shortages, initiating the returns process as needed.
• Assist in managing the East Coast Call Center.
• Fill in for other Customer Service Representatives as necessary.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• One to three months of related work experience or on-the-job training.
