Remote/Hybrid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

About the role

WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and write up treatment plans
• Supervise clients and RBTs
• Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed
• Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home
• Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team
• Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher (required)
• Active BCBA certification (required)
• U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Travel to clients in person at least once per month
