Remote Home Care/Healthcare Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiter to support recruitment, caregiver onboarding, and administrative tasks for a growing home care business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end caregiver recruitment: screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate orientation/training.
• Process onboarding documentation via ADP Workforce (e.g., electronic I-9s, employee handbook distribution).
• Track and ensure completion of state-mandated caregiver training (e.g., via Active Insights).
• Answer inbound calls during peak hours and manage voicemails/lead inquiries.
• Aid with client intake calls and referral source coordination.
• Provide general administrative support (e.g., scheduling, data entry).
• Utilize platforms like WellSky or Axiscare (training provided) to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with the owner to refine processes and maintain organization.

Qualifications

• Excellent written/verbal communication (fluent English).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email management, and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Drive).
• Proactive mindset—anticipate needs before they arise.
• Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in healthcare or home care staffing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and CRM tools.
