Remote HOA/Community Association Attorney
Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- 2+ years of legal experience, with exposure to community association law, real estate, or litigation.
- Strong drafting skills across legal documents, contracts, and/or litigation materials.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, structured guidance.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional, direct communication style with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Florida community association law (transactional or litigation).
- Familiarity with developer turnover, governance structuring, or document amendments.
- Exposure to covenant enforcement, collections, or related litigation.
- Involvement with Community Associations Institute (CAI) or interest in participation.
