Remote Healthcare Engagement Specialist

About the role

As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you will connect with patients remotely to guide them through our virtual care program and support their health goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll patients and coordinate virtual onboarding with nurse visits.
• Explain program costs and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
• Maintain high-quality customer service in a remote setting.
• Support patients' journey toward improved GI and metabolic health.
• Achieve sales objectives and KPIs.

• Experience in patient engagement or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
