What You’ll Do
- Connect with Customers: Engage with customers through chat, SMS text and phone calls live in the moment or in a scheduled appointment.
- You will offer our customers expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
- Present merchandise and services: Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience.
- Support Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce.
- Build Relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with customer interaction platforms, can handle multiple computer screens, and are comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and on-camera technology.
