Role Overview

Seeking experienced Kotlin developers to contribute as AI Tutors in Coding for innovative AI projects. Your responsibilities include generating prompts to challenge AI models, defining evaluation criteria, and correcting responses based on domain expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine prompts to enhance AI training.
• Develop comprehensive scoring systems for AI answer accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years Kotlin development experience (Android or server-side).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Strong knowledge of JVM, Java interoperability, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Proficiency with coroutines, flows, DI frameworks (Dagger/Hilt/Koin), Git workflows, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid secure coding, debugging, optimization skills, and familiarity with AI development tools.
• Able to adapt to new methods, work with complex guidelines, and operate remotely with a laptop and internet connection.
