Remote freelance RFP Specialist - Government, proposal writing

Our client is looking for an RFP Specialist with experience in the state, local, and federal government sector.Ideally, you will have big 4 or equivalent professional services experience. This role will assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related documentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a government-focused setting and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our client works on around 2 proposals per month.Responsibilities -Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of RFPs. -Review solicitation requirements and help organize compliant proposal submissions. -Partner with internal stakeholders to gather content, data, and supporting documentation. -Manage multiple proposal deadlines and priorities in a high-volume environment. -Ensure proposal materials meet government procurement requirements and submission guidelines. -Maintain proposal documentation, templates, and records. -Assist with editing, formatting, and quality review of proposal deliverables. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, accurate proposal responsesQualifications -1+ years of experience supporting proposal development within the state, local, or federal government sector is required. -Prior experience in a Big Four or comparable professional services environment is strongly preferred. -Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.Benefits Email Your Resume In Word To Pamela.Koenig@jobalert.creativecircle.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
