Remote Family Law Attorney

Confidential application process for a respected and growing family law practice seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to manage a full caseload of divorce, custody, support, and property division matters. This is a remote role with strong growth potential for an attorney who can handle contested cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from start to resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Handle discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Advise clients on custody, support, and property division
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients
• Communicate regularly with clients and meet court deadlines

Qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar admission
• 5+ years of family law experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Comfortable handling contested matters independently
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Pay

$85,000-$150,000 base salary, plus performance bonus
