(Remote) Executive Vice President
About the role
Iatric Systems, a division of Harris, is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead the company's talented team and drive long-term success. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada and the US, requiring approximately 20% travel and a valid passport.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a 5-10 year product strategy addressing customer needs and market trends
- Embolden a sales-oriented culture to grow new market share
- Inspire and develop new and existing leaders within the organization
- Engage and unite with customers to further their success
- Drive and grow an executive team to achieve business targets
- Achieve net revenue and EBITA growth targets set by the company
- Present monthly and quarterly briefings to Harris executives on business plans and results
Requirements
- Sales-oriented and product-minded thinker with 10+ years of experience at a senior leadership level
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Growth mindset and capable of building meaningful relationships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing a multi-functional group with a minimum of 75 team members
- Experience managing an entire P&L statement over $10M in revenue
- Comfortable with 50% travel

They should be comfortable using AI-enabled technologies such as copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools as part of their daily work while maintaining appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards.
