Remote Evening Mental Health IOP Therapist (Full Time or Part Time)

Remote: Schedule Monday Through Friday 3PM - 9PM
Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
Education patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate

Thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability
Comfortable working in a remote capacity
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW LCPC, LGPC
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
EMDR experience is preferred
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth

Salary Range: Up to $100,000 annually
Incentive Compensation: Eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement
Total Compensation: With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000–$100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement
