About the role
As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a remote capacity
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC in the State of Maryland
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- EMR (Electronic Medical Records) proficiency
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $34 to $44 per hour. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3pm-9pm (about 30 hours per week)
