About the Opportunity

The Remote Email Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers via email, delivering prompt and accurate support and solutions. This full-time remote role contributes to maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and supporting the broader sales and service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer email inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, sales, and rentals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a goal of first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to offer comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support with a focus on email communication.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with helpdesk and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor in customer interactions.
  • Interest or experience with industrial machinery or material handling equipment is advantageous.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Competitive hourly rate of $18 to $27 USD, dependent on experience.
