Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and systems.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support via email and other digital channels.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, customer service, or data analyst role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools would be considered an advantage.

Pay

$58,000 - $125,000 USD per annum
