Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and other digital communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding our services.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required.
• Uphold data confidentiality and security standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer service role.
• Exceptional typing speed and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
