Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies, making corrections where necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Handle and process sensitive and confidential legal and compliance documents with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and sort source documents, identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
- Generate reports, retrieve data from the database, and perform periodic data audits as requested by the advisory teams.
- Comply with data integrity, security policies, and confidentiality agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is collected and managed effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and comfortable learning new database software.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certification in administration is a plus.
